Less than a 30 minute drive to the Louisiana and Mississippi lines. You will enjoy Lake Village with our rich history and attractions. Located at the crossroads of U.S. Hwy. 65 and 82 you will find what no other city in the state of Arkansas has to offer!

GOLF, WATER SPORTS, HUNTING, GET-A-WAYS, CABINS, FESTIVALS, STATE PARK, LIBRARY, CATERING, FINE DINING, and more..............

To get-away for a while, or to shop-till-you-drop; its all here! 25 min. drive to shopping malls, 2 min. drive to the golf course, tennis and country club facilities, and Health and Fitness Center. Surrounding area population is 70000, with 3000 living in the city.  Something that will be one of your our most enjoyed relaxations is Lake Chicot. It is the largest natural lake in Arkansas. Beautiful clean blue waters with a stretching 20 mile front. Its waters afford many hours of recreation for water sports enthusiasts and fishermen. Many events throughout the year are planned on the lake. Our State Park is located 8 miles from the city. A great place for your family to enjoy. Many cabins, family picnic areas, walking trails, boat rides, play grounds, park community store. Its all there! One of the enjoyable and clean state parks of Arkansas.

We are blessed by rich farmlands of cotton, soybeans, rice and catfish farms. Our surrounded woods and country are beautiful and flooded with an abundance of wild game. There are many deer located throughout our area year round. Many deer camps you can join, hey!,  take home a trophy! Fishing is one of many favorites, and this is the place! Major sport fish are bluegill, channel catfish, crappie, hybrid striper, and largemouth bass. There are many hunting and get-a-way  organizations ready to get you in the right place and mood.

Our new modern airport has been constructed with a well-lighted, hard-surfaced runway and parking apron. Fly or drive. We are here to make your stay one that is most enjoyable. The drive is 2.5 hours from Jackson, MS., Memphis, TN., and Little Rock, Arkansas.

In and around our beautiful town are many places of worship. You and your family will be most welcome with the love and joy of the Lord as you visit our local churches.

We sincerely welcome you and invite you to enjoy our city, parks and beautiful Lake Chicot.
